How to manage your emotions and mental health
How do you self-soothe when you’ve never been taught how to? Follow these steps:
1. write out a list of possible things that might be soothing for you and keep it in a place you commonly see (for example where you work)
2. when heavy emotions arise come back to this list and try one of the activities you’ve written down
3. Three, keep doing this until you find what soothes you most and what come effortlessly to you.
