Today I bring you a unique breathwork meditation inspired by the book "Feeling is the Secret" by Neville Goddard. During this somatic meditation, we'll be slowing down the breath utilizing a modified breathwork pattern.

The breathwork pattern is 3-seconds inhalation (through the nose) and into the belly, then a quick 1-second burst inhalation (through the mouth/nose) into the chest...and a slow controlled 8-second exhalation.

The second breathwork pattern is 5-in, 5-hold, 5-release.

During this meditation, you're going to tap into the feeling of your "Wish fulfilled". This is the core message of Neville Goddard's book, that "the feeling of the wish fulfilled, embodied in the present moment, manifests the desired reality you seek!"

And so, we'll utilize the breath to hack out nervous system, shift us into a deep meditative state where we can deposit our conscious desire into the unconscious - so that our mighty unconscious can in turn manifest the feeling into our daily lives!

DO THIS BEFORE SLEEPING! Goddard explains that the last feeling we bring with us into the unconscious, builds our following day...so if you do decide to do this before sleeping, simply complete the meditation and go to sleep. Remain focused and immersed in the "feeling".
