Pain is Inevitable, Misery is Optional!
Pain is a universal experience, an inevitable part of life that we all must face at some point. Whether it's physical pain from injury or illness, or emotional pain from heartache and loss, it's an inescapable aspect of being human.
But while pain may be inevitable, misery is not. Misery is a state of mind, a choice we make in how we choose to react to the pain we experience. We can choose to dwell on it, wallow in it, and let it consume us, or we can choose to rise above it, find meaning and purpose in it, and use it as a catalyst for growth and transformation.
It's not easy to embrace pain and turn it into something positive, but it's possible. It takes strength, resilience, and a deep understanding of the human experience. When we choose to view pain as an opportunity, rather than a hindrance, we open ourselves up to a world of possibility and growth.

Identity Shift using Alpha Wave Abundance Affirmations | Wealth | Money | Prosperity
Part of an identity shift requires the reprogramming of the mind. In this video we do an identity shift using alpha waves abundance affirmations to change your core beliefs about money, wealth, and prosperity and abundance!
We use different techniques to achieve the "alpha brainwave" which is achieved by slow breathing (like in the Silva Method) merged with binaural beats resonating at 9hz (which is right in the sweet spot for alpha waves).
After about 5 minutes of alpha wave induction using the breath and binaural beats - we switch up our breathing pattern to incorporate a pause between the inhalation and exhalation.
During this pause, we will be prompted with an abundance affirmation relating to money, wealth, prosperity, self worth, etc.
I got these affirmations from a book entitled, "Rare and unusual money rituals by A. Lightbody" which I thought was perfect for helping the average person reprogram their beliefs about money.
Money is a spiritual practice and I believe that one of the main reasons why the world is in the state that it is in currently is because those who pursuit a higher good often negates their impulses to make money. They complain about the "state of the world" however, if they had money, abundance and wealth in their lives - the could actually DO something about it.
This is the purpose of this meditation, to help advance your reprogramming, to reclaim your power and wealth and abundance via binaural beats and alpha wave abundance affirmations - so that you can begin to enact the will of the universe in this world.
You have come to this world to be prosperous, to grow, to use resources, and to expand your gifts on this world - it starts with the right mindset!
