PULMONAUT CHALLENGE: Break Free from your Limitations and hold your breath for over 3-minutes!

This is the first Challenge of many I intend to release. I'll upload the 4-Minute Breath Hold Challenge once this video has 1,000 likes and at least 100-Pulmonauts that have completed the Challenge.

Of course this will be based on the 'Honor System' so if you post that you made it but actually didn't complete the challenge, you'll only be lying to yourself.

This Challenge is about breaking limiting beliefs, pushing yourself beyond what you think you are capable of. We're going to be working our way all the way up to 5-minutes.

Each round has a timer, so you can see your progression during breath holds, however, it's important to find a relaxed position where you'll expend the least amount of energy. This will help you reach your goal.

This should be relatively challenging for most people, however, if you're an experienced breather, practicing Prana Yama or Wim Hof Method, you should be able to complete this challenge in a few tries.
