Ujjayi Pranayama also known as the Victorious breath or Ocean Breathing is a breathwork technique where your inhalation and exhalation are equal in length. Ideally you want to breathe through the nose in both the inhalation and exhalation, however, you can inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth as well.

Repeat this breath loop ten times for a complete parasympathetic activation!
