Yesterday we talked about the signs of burnout.
Today, here are 3 easy things you can do to prevent it!
1. Pace yourself. And plan for things to take double the time you think they will! (You'll definitely thank me later for this one!)
2. Delegate! Assign others to tasks to help. You don't have to do all the things. And if you DO have to do all the things... refer to tip one!
3. Say NO! Set your boundaries and be honest if it's something you don't want to do, or don't have time for.
