When an agent shows my listing and doesn't submit an offer

It can be tough to be a seller in today’s market, amiright?!
But while we’re on the subject, can we talk about offers for a minute? I’ve been hearing about ridiculously lowball offers being received by fellow realtors on their listings. While it might seem like it’s “worth a shot” —these scenarios rarely end well. If you are seriously interested in a home, the last thing you want to do is offend the seller and have your offer rejected right off the bat. Negotiations are the name of the game!
