Tofu Tikka Masala Ingredients
1 pound super firm or extra firm tofu
1 - 28 ounce can whole peeled tomatoes
1 cup light coconut milk
2 tablespoons vegetable or other oil
1 white onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 - 1 inch piece ginger, peeled, minced
2 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 - 150 gram container greek style plain almond milk yogurt
