Low Cal Pizza Rolls

M A C R O S (Per Roll - Recipe Makes 8)
* Calories: 98
* Protein: 8g
* Carbs: 14g
* Fat: 1g

I N G R E D I E N T S
*7/8 Cup (133g) Whole Wheat Flour
*150g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
*1 Tsp Baking Powder
*1/4 Cup (62g) Marinara Sauce (use your favorite!)
*2 oz (56g) Lite Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
*17 Slices Turkey Pepperoni

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yogurt and baking powder. Mix into a dough.
2. In a small bowl, mix sauce, cheese and pepperoni together.
3. Roll dough into a thin sheet and spread pizza mix over.
4. Roll tightly and fold ends closed.
5. Slice into 8 bites and fold ends closed.
6. Spray with 0 cal cooking oil and bake in oven at 425 F for 15 minutes.
7. Enjoy by themselves or with some fat free ranch!
