I realized after my second set of this, that I had forgotten to warm up my shoulders, which I think contributed a little toughet than I thought, hahaha. I upped the volume of the reps from 4 to 5 for this week, and once again, the name of the game is focusing on staying super tight, maintaining constant leg-drive, having good length pauses, and exploding with each rep. It is a LOT more exhausting than it looks! Sets 1-4 felt a bit tiring and challenging, but this last one felt super easy. It goes to show, that knowing that you are being watched can certainly have an effect, I think!
