Making a GOOD Turkey Burger
I love burgers but I can't say I have ever loved a Turkey Burger. We tolerate them at best most of the time. Often, they are loaded with a bunch of other crap to make you not notice you are eating a turkey burger. This burger is different. It can stand on its own and actually tastes good. Next time you are craving a turkey burger (I know), try this one. Enjoy!
Turkey Burger
1 lb ground turkey (99% lean is NOT ideal for this)
¼ cup really, really, finely minced onions
2 tbsp bread crumbs
1 egg white
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper for seasoning
