Well, whaddaya know!! It is a race against time and the elements, to see if any of the orchids in bud on the East Side will actually manage to bloom out and not suffer bud blast. IF that were to happen, of course I would be disappointed, because orchid bud blast is never a nice experience. However, seeing orchids in sheath, with fantastic new growths already underway, and then see that the sheaths are chubby, cracking open... let us just enjoy this experience and deal with any orchid failures should that were to happen. Right now, wow! And, I had no intention of saving one of the best for last, it just so happened that I did not see that bud until I put orchids back 🙌🏼🤸🏼‍♀️🙌🏼
