Securing what will one day be heavy and large orchids on mounts, can start to look messy very quickly because of the amount of string or even wire it can take to hold the orchid securely on the mount. I have adapted a technique to ensure a solid and secure hold of my large orchids to mounts, not using any string, fishing line or wire. This dendrobium is a heavy orchid, she is vigorous and grows many canes per growing season, so she is solid on the mount without endless string, fishing line or wire, by simply using L hooks! Use this method, which I consider the best way to mount an orchid to a mount while still retaining the aesthetic look of the orchid on the mount. #orquideas #orchidcare #beginners #tips #tricks #tipsandtricks #tutorial
