Grounding Restorative Yoga | Let go & surrender for Autumn 🍁

This restorative practice is inspired by the changing seasons as we transition into Autumn here in the Northern Hemisphere. This grounding sequence offers you an opportunity to let go and surrender just like we see the natural world do during the Fall. We will be holding each pose for 1-2 minutes. Remember to listen to the wisdom of your body and never do anything that causes pain or uncertain discomfort.
