Hip Mobility Flow

This is the Pescara hip mobility flow. On this day I mixed some heavy kettlebell work (48kg swings/32kg presses) with pull-ups, handstand push-ups, but most importantly with a lot of hip mobility work by just repeating this flow. I've been driving for 6 hours from Tuscany to Pescara (Abruzzo) and I am feeling it. Today I found a good gym with kbs and space to work out.
