I really had to drag my ass to train today, hahaha. Felt very tired, lethargic, and not in to it at all. I definitely was not going to go for a PR today, and I figured if I can hit six reps, then I am fine with that. Let's hope I will have enough in the tank for the final week of this cycle coming up!
