In this video I clean up and crank up the forge. And I compare two different fuels for blacksmithing: Hardwood Lump Charcoal and Bituminous Coal. We look at the fires, the cost and more of each.

You can use either for forging. Coal is readily available on amazon and the Hardwood Lump Charcoal comes in bags and you can buy it at home depot or anywhere they sell grilling supplies.
