This quick tip helps teach you that movement in multiple directions daily is good for your long term health. Don't just sit at your desk and walk in an straight line. Go out and dance, do martial arts, play sports, hit the gym. Any way you slice it just make sure if you are healthy enough to move then you get moving regularly a few times a week.

Watch our content to move better and in less pain. Just because we get old does not mean we have to live in pain. The best thing to do is not only learn to build muscles and build fascia but you also have to know how to maintain and restore your muscles so you can grow stronger and move as healthy as you can throughout your life.
