Good session today! I was originally planning on potentially taking it easy, if I was feeling tired/the weight moved slow. However, I felt okay today. Not tip top, but I was confident enough that I could push ten reps out today. I will have to monitor my energy levels from here going forward. If my other sessions start to wear me down, I may have to take the next couple squat sessions a bit easier, to try and save some energy in the tank for my other lifts. We'll see!
