U.S. Secretary of State Blinken arrives in Kyiv

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Kyiv on Thursday (September 8) morning to hold a meeting with the U.S. embassy staff. Blinken will announce $2 billion in new foreign military financing to Ukraine and 18 other countries at risk of future Russian aggression, a senior State Department official said.
