Super Chewy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe | How to Cook(e)

I love making cookies and these are always a favorite in my house. Easy to make with a few simple tricks to ensure they turn out great. Enjoy the video!

Chewy Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
3 1/2 cups quick /instant oats
1 1/4 cups AP flour
3 sticks of butter, softened (1 1/2 cups)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips, toasted walnuts or ... raisins (eww) as you desire.

Bake in a 325f (163c) oven for 11 to 12 minutes.
