The Corruption of All Flesh

Aside from the folks who believe the Sethite version of Genesis 6:1-4, most of the rest of us have come to the realization that the sons of God (benai Elohim) the passage references really were sons of God. In other words, the supernatural interpretation of this text is the correct one. Any attempt to demythologize the verses and make the sons of God good and righteous men as descendants of Seth, and the daughters of man only Cain’s offspring – wicked women! – has far too many flaws to be considered proper hermeneutics.
