The Andersen Etudes Opus 41 number 2 has a great single tonguing exercise that I like for any age flutist. Followed by 21, 33, 15, and 60, just playing the single tonguing exercises.

Play the exercise through very slowly just to focus on your tone and your embouchure. Then play it again from the beginning more up to tempo.

This single tonguing exercise helps you to work on your tone and get back in shape fast!
