This very quick Miso dish is perfect for any weight loss program. Poached eggs & Shiitake are full in proteins & low in calories. This recipe is an easy fat burner and easy to make help you avoiding any unhealthy cravings.

Ingredients
2 organic fresh eggs
1 cup of water for poaching eggs
2 medium shiitake mushrooms
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1/4 teaspoon of salt
few spring onion greens.
1 teaspoon of white miso paste mixed with 1/2 of cold water
(Because miso in unpasteurised, the cold water will keep all the enzymes intact and also will keep the egg yolks running and creamy)
