Former Chiefs’ WR Tyreek Hill joined ESPN’s First Take on Monday to discuss his trade to the Miami Dolphins among other topics. Hill claims that he wanted to remain with the Chiefs, but Kansas City was “nowhere close” to offering him a contract close to what Davante Adams got from the Las Vegas Raiders. Hill said he didn’t want to “lose something special” but now he’s focused on the Dolphins. Cheetah also added that he sees a lot of similarities between Patrick Mahomes and Tua Tagovailoa. Chiefs Training Camp picks back up tomorrow with veterans reporting in St. Joseph. The Chiefs have signed OT’s Evin Ksiezerczyk and David Steinmetz to provide depth on the offensive line amidst the uncertainty with Orlando Brown following. These Chiefs roster moves come after placing Justyn Ross on injured reserve. Chiefs head coach Andy Reid admitted that he’s unsure if Brown will report at the start of training camp.
