In this video we unbox a Premier Tilting Malanger.

This countertop model is a low-impact refiner for making to 10lb of chocolate from scratch.

We imported this 220v melanger to Thailand from the USA https://www.melangers.com/products/titling-chocolate-refiner

We purchased some cocoa beans from Suriya Cocoa Farm in a previous video. We'll soon be ready to test this refiner out and make our first bean to bar chocolate.
