Too much PUNCH with the Federal Punch? Is it TOO good?

I think I'll re-do this test and include some clothing layers in front of the gel. Chances of a naked encounter are low, but never zero. I wonder if a few layers of clothing in front of the gel will slow it down enough.

Regardless, I believe the level of cavitation will still be low. What do you think?
