Well, first off, my apologies. I tried to film 4 ammo tests back to back, but the sun had other plans. The phone heated up as shut off as you saw, but also the go pro started to mess up filming and shut off before the gel shot was done. Side note, it totally messed up for my Sig v-crown 10mm video, so that one will have to be redone. I included a slow mo, but that was from the regular camera and doesn't have the fps to get a good shot, but you can still pick out a few pieces of the gel test in it. Not too bad. Onto the ammo, very consistent on the chronograph and the expansion looked good on the fake slow-mo. I'll have to do a side by side comparison of this versus a HST or Gold Dot, but like I mentioned at the end of the video, if this were in your self defense weapon, it would certainly do the trick. EDIT after processing: I ran into a friend and tokd him about my two rifle idea and they said that technically that's not allowed. Definitely learned a valuable lesson this weekend at the range. Not only did I waste an expensive box of ammo, I wasted my time. But at the same time, I've been wanting to change out the scope mount on the 308 to rings so I can give the current mount back to my LPVO and I would have needed to re-zero anyway. Educational video for myself. Turned out to be a decent learning experience as well. All of my 22LR videos with the 10/22 TALO were shot at a distance of 25 yards and now I stretched it out 4 times to 100 yards and the results were incredible. Got to the long range at 7am when no one was there and shooting and there was a ton of brass on the ground. I knew it was fair game for that brass. 20 6.5 PRC cases and 91 6.5 creedmoor (mix of norma and hornady). Solid score!

Going for quality over quantity and have for a little while. While I am not purchasing nearly the amount that I was in years past, I am still out hunting for deals although they really are few and far between in stores down here. Maybe you're lucky and have a store that isn't gouging like they are down here. The thrill of the hunt still remains though. I'm seeing almost all the calibers around, but some are still elusive. What are you seeing in your neck of the woods? I want to get back out to the long range, but I really want to get a 60x long range scope to view my shots on which would also provide better footage for you the viewer, so stay tuned for that.
