Grounding Day 28 - 4 weeks of living barefoot.
Today marks 4 weeks of living barefoot! What started as a simple grounding exercise turned into never putting shoes back on 😂. Things that I have noticed in those 4 weeks are that my ankles, arches and legs in general feel stronger. My posture had improved and I have decreased pain and inflammation. The soles of my feet are getting much tougher and I am able to walk on tougher/ hotter surfaces than I could before. This is only the beginning of this journey so we will see what comes next.
