Grounding day 14 - two weeks of being barefoot!

Today marks two weeks since I ditched my shoes and started living barefoot. There are still some places that I choose to wear shoes and when I do have shoes on I have chosen to wear earthing moccasins. It is basically just a moose hide strip under my foot for some protection from thorns and other things. So far they are working out great. Did you know that grounding can help improve your immune system by reducing white blood cells and increasing red blood cells? Get out there and get grounded!
