#GVOS2020 - Dendrobium Berry 'Oda'

Sometimes a collector needs an easy growing orchid, and this Dendrobium fills that need with ease. It grows well, and blooms profusely with honey suckle fragrant blooms. Delicious fragrance all day long, with added sunshine, best keep the plant outside because the fragrance is that strong. The individual blooms do not last long, maybe 2 weeks, but the abundance of spikes this hybrid produces, makes the blooming period extend for at least 6 weeks. I have it in 100% leca within a self-watering set up. It lives outside all year round and tolerates temperatures, in my climate, as low as 5ºC and as high as the summers will go. In winter I ease off the watering, but never let it just dry out.
