Hey guys!! I'm glad to see you're back again for another workout video!

On this video, I'll run through my favorite workout of the week Back and Traps!!

Here it is:

Warm up:
Bent Straight Arm Push Down w/Resistance Band 2 sets x 15 reps
Standing Flies w/Resistance Band 2 sets x 20 reps
Pull Throughs w/Resistance Band 2 sets x 15 reps

Workout:

Rack Deadlift
4 sets x 10-12 reps

Bent Over BB Row
4 sets x 10-12 reps

Wide Grip Lat Pulldown
4 sets x 10 reps

Cable Seated Row w/V-Bar
4 sets x 10-12 reps

Chest Supported T-Bar Row
4 sets x 10-12 reps

Machine Row (Hammer Grip)
4 Triple Dropsets x 10-12 reps

Bent Straight Arm Push Down w/Rope
4 sets x 15 reps

DB Shrug
4 sets x 10-12 reps

Rest periods can be anywhere between 60-90 seconds.
