The bible tells us to weep with those who are weeping and to rejoice with those who are rejoicing. But how can you do the latter when you’re the one weeping? It can be hard.

There are psychological benefits to rejoicing with those rejoicing, but there are often emotional reasons, rooted in the past, that may be making it harder for you.
