Missile hits residential building in Mykolaiv - authorities

Footage released by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on Wednesday (June 29) showed emergency service workers sifting through the rubble of a residential building on Ukraine's southern city of Mykolaiv. Reuters was not able to independently verify the authenticity of the video, the date it was filmed and the location of the footage.
