74-year-old woman appears to be mugged by two thugs in Brooklyn elevator

CCTV footage appears to show two thugs rob a 74-yer-old woman in an elevator - with one allegedly threatening to kill her.

The two suspects struck at a building in Coney Island, Brooklyn making off with the victim's purse - which police say contained $600 cash.

The video shows two masked individuals and a woman inside an elevator, before one of the suspects decides to make an early exit.

The other stays and forcefully removes the woman's bag from over her shoulder - allegedly threatening to kill her unless she hands over her purse.

The woman was uninjured and police are still looking for the suspects.
