The way I eat shouldn't be exactly the way you eat, every body is different and needs different things to feel its best! I'm simply here to bring you some yummy recipe ideas!

Breakfast sandwich
2 slices sourdough bread
1/2 avocado
vegan cream cheeze
Pickled Jalapeno (.to taste )
1/4 block tempeh ( sliced thin )
sauerkraut to taste
handful broccoli sprouts
steamed broccoli
- steam for 5-7 minutes
- sprinkle good amount of salt ( to taste )
- 1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder
- steam until fully cooked ( 3-5 more minutes )
*this makes the best steamed broccoli*

day 3 pasta:
pasta of choice
1 large portobello mushroom
2 cloves garlic
1/4 block tempeh
1/2 tsp salt ( more to taste and more to season pasta water )
lots of black pepper ( 1-2 tsp )
pinch chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basill
2-3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar ( sub lemon juice )
1/3 -1/2 cup cashew cream sauce ( recipe coming soon! )
splash of pasta water ( as needed )
day 4 corn & bean salad
1 cob corn cooked in the oven whole for 25-30 mins
1 radish
1 small carrot
1/2 red bell pepper
3-4" chunk of cucumber
1/2 medium sized tomato
pickled jalapeno to taste ( chopped small )
1 can black beans ( but red kidney beans works well too lol )
- dressing
1/2 limes juice
1 tbsp neutral
pinch salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp chipolte powder
splash picked jalapeno juice
1 tsp sweetener ( maple syrup or agave )
day 5 stir fry
1/2 red onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 carrot
1 cup sliced green onion
1 cup cilantro ( loosely packed ) - if you don't like cilantro sub for more basil
1/2 cup basil
4 cloves garlic
1" fresh ginger
1/2 block tofu ( 1cm cubed )
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/2 package of rice noodles
sauce:
3 tbsp tamari / soya sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 heaping tsp korean chilli powder
1 tbsp rice vinegar
cube tofu, chop veggies and heat a large pan on medium. Once hot add toasted sesame oil and tofu, fry until tofu is golden brown. Add veggies, carrot, red onion, bell pepper, green onion, garlic and ginger. Saute for 8-10 minutes
In the mean time cook rice noodles according to package and mix sauce ingredients.
Once rice noodles are done, strain and rinse well. Reduce heat to low, add noodles to the pan along with cilantro, basil and sauce. Combine everything together and let stand for a couple minutes before serving! enjoy!
