Easy high protein smoothie bowl!

This is SO fast and SO easy and SO nutritious! One of my favs! Especially in hot weather 🌞

Oh and I made a plant based version too with @bulk ‘s new gourmet vegan protein powder! But whey works too if you want. Just use unflavoured, or vanilla, or fruity flavours.

1 small frozen banana
60g ish frozen mixed berries
3tbls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
1 portion of @bulk protein powder

Add to a blender and get ready to add more milk and move frozen bits around until you get it all smoooooth!

Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings! I have chia seeds, granola and strawberries.
