Hey #CrockFitCommunity! I LOVED this one! It includes a full 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down too. The first 10 minutes is a dedicated strength section and then the workout continues into a 10 minute cardio section. its 40 seconds work, and 20 seconds rest non stop for 20 minutes. Great for all levels, and you can do this workout at home or anywhere, with no equipment! Have fun :)
