Pull-ups are HARD!

So if you’re struggling with them don’t worry, there are so many options to help you build strength in the same muscle groups to help improve your pull ups.

It’s better to do an exercise effectively and get good quality contractions rather than flapping yourself through some rubbish reps.

Find your level, and build it up 😄💪
