Massive Black staff exodus from the white house

The white house is suffering from a mass exodus of black staffers. They can't seem to rise up in their positions so they're looking for better opportunities. Diversity hire will eventually back fire and instead of hiring people for their hard work and skills the far left will do diversity hire only based on their skin color. Not based on their talents, and skills.
