Fishing tug L&R ice ops on the Black river

On Sunday March 7, 2021 Ice breaking ops were conducted on the Black river in Port Huron Michigan by the fishing tug ‘R&L’, from Purdy's Fisheries in Sarnia Ontario.
The is breaking was done because of the likelihood of flooding from spring rain and ice-out events that can cause flooding in low-lying areas because of elevated water levels in Lake Huron and the St. Clair River
