The original model which was used to film the series and inspired
Theodore Too can be seen at Halifax's Maritime Museum of the Atlantic
In its new role, the tug started working to build awareness of the diverse and

Snowmobiles on the Black river winter to spring transition.
While spring cleaning I stumbled upon some
forgotten clips. I threw them together and
Came up with this little snippet. There comes
a time when everyone needs to socially transition
from winter into spring. If all goes as planned this
will be the last winter themed thing that I create
until next winter.

I happened upon this wonderful display of FUN while
walking along the Thomas Edison Parkway boardwalk,
in port Huron Michigan.
Thomas Edison Parkway...is a popular area. 4700 feet
of waterfront where the St. Clair River and Lake Huron meet.
A measured walkway makes it popular year-round for walking,
jogging and biking. A good spot for boat watching!

Fishing tug L&R ice ops on the Black river
On Sunday March 7, 2021 Ice breaking ops were conducted on the Black river in Port Huron Michigan by the fishing tug ‘R&L’, from Purdy's Fisheries in Sarnia Ontario.
The is breaking was done because of the likelihood of flooding from spring rain and ice-out events that can cause flooding in low-lying areas because of elevated water levels in Lake Huron and the St. Clair River.

All of the Blue Ice has mysteriously disappeared.
Blue ice is an unusual phenomenon in the Great Lakes,
The ice is formed by selective absorption by water and ice
in the red/yellow part of the color spectrum, which causes
the light reflected by it to appear blue.
In deep, mid-lake water, where chlorophyll content is low,
it can appear an even more vibrant blue.
