150 Kgs x 5 Deadlift. Feeling tired! Takin' it easy.

Definitely feeling less energetic than before. I really don't want to take another deload already, hahaha, so like I mentioned before, I am going to try and take everything easier for at least this cycle, snd see how I am feeling, after this one. I didn't dial my Training Max for Deadlift back, as it is still a fair bit under my actual 1 RM. However, to be kind for my energy levels, and to hopefully assist with recovering better, I decided to just stick to the prescribed reps for this week, which is five, and call it there. I could of absolutely done a few more reps, but it was definitely feeling heavy, and my rep PR with this weight is I believe 10 or 11 reps, so I definitely did not want to go anywhere near that high right now, hahaha. It is getting REALLY HOT now in the shed, as well. Summers are killer, for me. It's gonna be a rough one.
