The BEST start for any #orchid coming into a collection, is to have a vigorous one... when you get some shrivelled canes without roots, the challenge is on. This is what I received in the mail... shrivelled canes without roots. A year later, I can show an established transitioned orchid with 3 growths, granted 2 of them are a little puny, but, I am happy for any growths this orchid gave me, because... each growth produced roots. Now, the coming growing season, I expect something more substantial. In this video, I go about explaining how I brought this orchid back from nothing to getting the grow on!
