Physically, when we're angry we release cortisol, otherwise known as the stress hormone and prolonged exposure to this chemical can really harm the body.

Mentally, we know how this can grind us down and we feel as if we have very few happy moments in our life. We might also not like the person we become when we are angry and want to change. In this session, we'll relax the body first and gain an understanding of where we hold our emotions and tension.

Then, using a powerful, but simple breathing exercise, we'll gently start to release these pockets of negative emotion from our body. As a consequence, our body will also respond by triggering the relaxation response and physically we will start to feel much calmer and at ease.

For best results, repeat this session every day for at least 21 days and feel free to try out the ideas mentioned during your day.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along. Alternatively, feel free to sit and watch the enchanting visuals on screen.
