For some, meditating whilst focusing on the body or breath can be too internally-focused, so this sound meditation takes you away from your body and into the world, finding focus and relaxation.

This is a super simple meditation that anyone can do without any prior experience. Simply get comfortable and follow along with my voice.

Try this meditation every day for a few weeks and notice how your state of being changes. It would be great to hear how you get on in the comments.

As always, be patient with yourself and non-judgmental, meditation is a journey of discovery, and some days you'll find it easier than others, and that's OK.
