Despite this not being a rep PR, I am pretty pleased with this performance. Weight moved quite easily, and I think I still had at least 2-3 reps in the tank, so if I wanted to, I could have hit a rep PR, but as I mentioned before, I think I am going to limit going over ten reps with conventional deadlifts, because it is just far too taxing. Besides, 9 reps is three times the prescribed rep limit for this week, so I figured that was a good spot to call it 🤟🏻.
