Man, I was feeling AGGRESSIVE today. I was just going ham, and focusing on punching those weights practically THROUGH THE ROOF. ATTACK ,ATTACK, ATTACK! I thought this was a rep PR, but teeeeeechnically I apparently got this same number a while ago according to my log books which is a bit of a dampener, hahaha. However, I do think my performance and technique is overall better since then, for sure, so that is a plus. Speaking of form, this turned out to be a little less pretty than I would have liked! Haha. I noticed my back was arching a bit more than usual, which I suppose is not super terrible, especially as the weights get heavier, and you get closer to failure. I wasjust so focused on being AGGRESSIVE, that my form kind of got a little less pretty as a result, hahaha. No worries though, but perhaps something to be a bit more conscious of.
