March 21, 2023 Kettering School Board Meeting
Parents came to the Kettering School Board Meeting to address their concerns regarding what Mr. Henderson shared at the last school board meeting/
Point of Correction: In the speech presented by Scott Taylor, he did not correctly characterize the event that the Miamisburg Superintendent Laura Blessing is attending on June 19, 2023 – June 21, 2023 in Vancouver Washington. This conference is entitled "When Women Lead" and is sponsored by the organization https://www.voice4equity.com/
According to the event website https://web.cvent.com/event/bdb400ca-3379-44b0-b141-5f784e2000d6/summary "The Summit will bring together equity thought leaders from across the nation"
Analysis of the https://www.voice4equity.com/ website shows this organization to be a questionable partisan organization promoting dubious causes. Politicizing education and promoting causes that are known to agitate and cause discord among youth. Voice4Equity promotes the concepts of systemic bias, equity, social justice and systemic oppression and distorting history.

Full text of Toby Henderson's statement:
I do want to share a statement on behalf of the board concerning some of the issues that we've heard comments on tonight. We do truly appreciate all those folks who come out to share their observations as well as those folks who are out here and haven't taken the opportunity to share comments with us, but here nonetheless to show some support. So as we stated before, every board of education meeting, the district's mission in partnership with the family and community is to guarantee a superior educational learning experience for all students by providing innovative learning environment while responsibly utilizing resources. This district is committed to accomplishing this mission and to building students who are engaged collaborators, lifelong learners, critical thinkers, thoughtful communicators, and global citizens by building strong partnerships, relationships, and trust with all of our stakeholders. These are tenets of our strategic plan which has been in place for five years and was the product of much contribution from members of our community. It is discouraging that accuracy in media, who is not a citizen of Kettering, used out of context quotes and questionable reporting tactics to further their specific agenda. The aim group is using a manufactured secret stinging video in an attempt to weaken not only our Kettering City community, but public education as a whole.
Speaker 1 (01:45)
Keturic City School teachers, staff, and administrators value and experience a trusting relationship with our families and students. This includes transparency in all issues and report, accordingly covered in their covert interview with a Kettering City School's staff member. The employee who was covertly reported during the conversation and questioning has worked in public education for more than 40 years. He has a track record of proven success and commitment to doing what's right. This video misrepresents not only this employee's demonstrated values and beliefs, but also the full extent of his comments during the conversation. Accuracy in media chose to use only the pieces and parts of the individual's comments that serve its purpose and further its agenda. I think when we're talking about sensitive topics like what we've heard about tonight, it's important that we deal with facts and not conjecture and not speculation. So let me share some facts about some of the issues raised in the AIM video. It is a fact that Keturah city schools does not teach a course called Critical Race Theory. It is a fact that principles of Critical Race Theory are not taught in our district's K through 12 curriculum. The district follows the state's academic content standards and has a process for developing curriculum and adopting resources according to board policy.
Speaker 1 (03:36)
This process involves the district's instructional services counsel, which includes administration, staff, board members, community members, parents, and guardians. It is a fact there has never, ever been a proposal for the instructional services counsel to adopt as part of the district's curriculum either a CRT course or any principle of CRT. With regard to Kettering City School District's position on violating the law, we can unequivocally state the district would never knowingly violate the law. Further, the fact is, if it was found that a staff member of the Kettering City schools had knowingly broken the law, that individual would no longer be working in the district. As always, your Board of Education, Superintendent, and district administration welcome open dialog, and we encourage parents and guardians to contact Mr. Mccarthy Stewart or Mr. Vine Andorff, the district's assistant superintendent of teaching and learning with any questions or concerns about the content of what is being taught in our classrooms. Turning to transgender students. Again, on these sensitive issues, let's talk about the facts. It is a fact that it's the policy of this district to respect the dignity and privacy of every student. It's also a fact that the district follows all state and federal law that applies to transgender students, including Title Nine of the Education Amendment of 1972, including the Equal Protection Clause of the US Constitution, as those laws have been interpreted and applied by the courts that govern Ohio and the Governor of the school district.
Speaker 1 (05:39)
We also are mindful of the rules imposed by the US Department of Education Office for Civil Rights Enforcement, and we're mindful of how the law relating to transgender students in public education has evolved in many state federal jurisdictions outside of Ohio. Consistent with the laws that we are duty bound to follow follow. Federation City Schools has long had a board policy prohibiting discrimination of any kind, including on the basis of sex, which includes sexual orientation and gender identity. When we have a student or parent who requests accommodation or support regarding the student's gender identity, the objective of the student's building leadership is to develop a support plan between the student, the parent or Guardian and the school. Accommodations are considered when there is evidence that a student has consistently, persistently, and insistently expressed a different gender identity. This concept that students can come into school one day and claim to be able to identify as a boy and the next day identify as a girl, that doesn't exist here. It's a hypothetical situation. Any student support plans are required by law to be confidential, just as every other student specific plan is required to be confidential.
Speaker 1 (07:12)
As for bathroom usage, the law and our board policy allows a transgender student to use a restroom of their identified gender. Again, there are no circumstances where a student can decide one day to use a female restroom and the next day to use a male restroom. They can use that restroom. It's an individual's restroom. Which law is that male or female? Sorry. If parents or guardians or other district stakeholders have questions about the laws that we must abide by related to transgender students or the district's policies that implement those laws, please reach out to Ms. Mccartney Stewart, and she will make sure that you get accurate information. Reach out to them. With that, that concludes the business of the board tonight.

February 21, 2023 Scott Taylor speaks at Kettering School Board Meeting CRT and Gender Identity
Full text of Scott Taylor's speech:
Background: Understand Rick Earley (Supervisor, Student Services), was caught on tape voicing intent to surreptitiously implement Critical Race Theory (CRT) and to withhold student information regarding gender identity issues from parents.
Opening: Good evening, I have come this evening to discus the topics of Critical Race Theory and Gender Identity issues that have recently come up.
Critical Race Theory
I find this shocking that educators even consider Critical Race Theory which classifies individuals as victims or abusers based on the color of their skin. That is a far cry from Dr. Martin Luther King Dream speech in which said "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.
Classifying individuals as victims or oppressors serves no purpose other then creating division. The school should have no part of this.
We should be be helping students to have good character, believe that all men are created equal and encourage them in their drive for success.
In America people can determine their own dream and turn it into reality. In this country there is no place for victims and oppressors.
In the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill published in the 1930's there is a story of a negro five year old girl who demanded of a white man 25 cents stating her mama needed it. The white man threatened to beat her if she did not leave. She stood her ground and screamed "My Mama needs 25 cents". The white man put down her stick and gave her the 25 cents. In that moment that little girl was not a victim, she was in control of her future.
Gender Identity Disorder verses Gender Dysphoria
In 2013 Gender Identity Disorder was renamed to Gender Dysphoria. The former speaks of a disorder that suggest finding its root cause through counselling while the later stated it as a fear to be avoided. This change shifting the focus from understanding and resolution to affirmation.
You should read the book IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters by Abigail Shrier. And the book What is a Woman by Matt Walsh if you want to know the truth about what the transgender craze is truly about.
In effect it is a manipulation of children for profit, and denying the truth that there are two genders that has existed for millenniums.
Some children latch onto gender dysphoria as a way of coping with trauma or other distress. A counsellor needs to determine the source of their trauma Instead of socially social transition followed by chemical mutilation without any disclosure to parents.
Imagine a son or daughter who comes to believe that being the other gender will solve their depression, the school affirms their transition further isolating them from their social base. Then chemically mutilated preventing entry into adult hood while not addressing the source of their depression while the drug and medical industry profit.
I urge you to focus on education instead of confusing and abusing children with gender identity.

February 21, 2023 Kettering School Board Meeting CRT and Gender Identity
Parents express their concerns to the Kettering School board regarding a recent report by Accuracy in Media (AIM). Kettering Supervisor of Student Services, Rick Earley, was recorded voicing intent to surreptitiously implement Critical Race Theory (CRT) and to withhold student information regarding gender identity issues from parents. Link to AIM report: https://www.aim.org/aim-investigates/crtdayton/
The school board provided a public statement prepared ahead of time. The statement stated that Accuracy In Media (AIM) had taken Rick Earley comments out of context. Stated that the school district does not teach CRT and Stated that the school will follow Title IX guidelines allowing boys to use girls’ bathrooms and girls to use boys’ bathrooms if they identify as transgender. The statement stated that the school must follow the law. Note that recent Title IX changes that add LGBTQ protections were recently added by the Biden administration and are not considered law and have been blocked from enforcement by the Ohio Attorney General. https://www.ohioattorneygeneral.gov/Media/News-Releases/July-2022/AG-Yost-Sues-Biden-Administration-for-Threatening
Notes from recording:
- Transgender
- Privacy of all students
- Title 9 of 1972
- Equal Protecton laws of the US constitution
- US Department of Education laws for civil rights enforcement
- Duty Bound to follow
- Can not descrimininate based on sex which includes sexual
orientation.
- When we have a student or parent that request acomidatin
regarding a students gender identity, the objective is to
develop a support plan between the student, the parent or
guardian and the school.

February 4, 2023 Thomas Haviland Why the Fibrous, White Clots Suddenly Being Pulled Out of Bodies
This might sound like a science fiction story, but this has been our life since 2020. Today, we are joined by Thomas Haviland, a retired engineer and data analyst who has taken it upon himself to investigate the claims of embalmers that they began seeing these Frankenstein fibrous clots in bodies after the vaccines were released. After speaking with a number of funeral directors, Haviland developed a survey and sent it to embalmers around the country: 88 out of 128 of them confirmed to him that they are seeing these clots, often in a third to half the bodies they work with, and the timing began in 2021. Why are stories like this not creating a firestorm? As I explain, we need a firestorm to get legislators to act. Nothing will change without citizen reporting and activism.
