Day 229🥩🔥 Carnivore Keto Diet Weight Loss Weekly Meal Prep Fitness Benefits By Carnivore Dad
Day 229🥩🔥 still feeling a little muscle soreness from my Friday workout. This was my first legitimate workout (other than stretching) since I started carnivore. Also feeling some added hunger that I’m thinking is my body telling me to eat more in order to fuel my recovery. This post workout recovery may have also contributed to me deciding to take the night off and eat fruits. I’m also up like 5 lbs this weekend 😲
The other day my wife, sons, and I were discussing the best grapes we ever ate and we all agreed they were “those little dark red grapes that were smaller than most other grapes”. No one could recall the name, however they were only available for 2-3 weeks last year when we got them and we enjoyed them very much.
We made an emergency stop at Costco to get some snacks for the kids' lunches. As we’re walking in, the grape conversation comes up again and in my head I say to myself “if they have those grapes here today, I’m taking the night off and eating some”. Low and behold, the Candy Snap grapes are sitting dead center of the produce section (Sunday). We did not see them on Thursday when we did our weekly carnivore food haul.
6:30am - barefoot shirtless sunrise walk
7:00am - 10oz homemade beef bone broth
8:30am - 0.66lb gf beef patties (2) + 5 strips of bacon
2:00pm - 0.7lb flap meat beef steak + 0.3lb lamb loin chops + 0.6lb head-on shrimp fried in ghee + 1.5T ghee dipping sauce
5:15pm to 9:00pm - 1.5lbs candy snap grapes + 0.5lb organic red grapes + ⅓ cup (unpopped) organic popcorn cooked with ghee and topped with Kerrygold butter and salt + 4oz Kerrygold dubliner cheese + ⅓ of a fresh mango + 2 cups frozen mangoes + 1 cup frozen organic cherries + 1 small papaya + 2 strips cold bacon
I (Paul Woolley) am a father of 2 great boys, husband to 1 beautiful wife :), business owner that started carnivore diet to optimize my life, increase performance, and to lose some of that jiggley fat off my midsection. For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 57+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.

Day 228🥩🔥 Carnivore Diet Weight Loss Weekly Meals Prep Health Benefits By Carnivore Dad
Day 228🥩🔥 the day after my first ever carnivore workout had me chompin’ A LOT of food! My muscles are sore and I think my body is in shock and may continue to be in this shocked state as it adapts to the intense exercise that I intend to continue.
Even though I took it easy in that workout, my body allowed me to push myself a little bit so I did, and this level of exercise is far greater than anything I’ve done in years so of course my body would not be accustomed to it.
Because of this I’m not concerned with my weight on the scale or level of consumption of food for the next 3 weeks. I will allow my body the time and space to adapt to recovering from exercise. Here’s what I ate/did yesterday…
6:30am - barefoot shirtless sunrise walk
7:00am - 12oz homemade beef bone broth
7:45am - 1lb gf ribeye steak w/ salt
11:00am - 2oz dubliner cheese
1:00pm - 1oz dubliner cheese + 2 organic turkey breast provolone cheese roll ups + 2 handfuls of Utz brand pork rinds
2:45pm - 1.0lb ribeye + tri tip steak w/ salt + 1oz of dubliner cheese + 1 string cheese + 4 organic turkey breast provolone cheese roll ups
7:00pm - 0.77lb gf beef patties (2.5) + 7 strips bacon + 4oz dubliner cheese + 2 hard boiled eggs w/ salt

Day 226🥩🔥 Carnivore Diet What I Eat In A Day Weight Loss Meal Prep By Carnivore Dad
Day 226🥩🔥🦁on my carnivore diet journey and waaaaaaayyyy to much cheese bars today. Got hungry early again and had the breakfast of champions. I think I’m feeling the cringe of consuming too much cheese again and it’s making me crave it more. Definitely going to stay away from it going forward 🤣🤣🤣 Had an interesting evening. Ate dinner early at 4:45pm because we had my younger son’s soccer practice followed immediately by my older son’s classroom open house. Ended up staying up late and indulging in pork rinds and more cheese bars.
6:30am - barefoot shirtless sunrise walk
7:00am - 0.4lb wings (5), salt
7:30am - 10oz homemade beef bone broth

Day 224 📉🤬 Carnivore Diet Keto Weight Loss Documentary
Day 224🥩🔥🦁 what I eat in a day as a carnivore. Got hungry early today so I skipped the homemade beef bone broth that served as a substitute for my coffee and went straight to food. I’m thinking this early morning hunger is because I took about a 1.5mile walk with the family the day before which is more activity for me than the usual. I also did about 5-10 pull ups on some playground equipment. First time doing pull ups since before I started carnivore and damn pull ups are easier to do now 🤣🤣🤣
6:30am - barefoot shirtless sunrise walk
7:15am - 0.66lb gf gr beef patties (2), 2 left over bread cheese sticks, 2.5 strips bacon
12:30pm - 0.6lb ribeye steak, 2 fried eggs, 1T ghee, salt
5:00pm - 0.75lb lamb loin chops (3), 5 servings of parmesan crisps
6:00pm - 1 mile walk with family
